1. Order Inspection & Immediate Return

* Customers have 5–10 minutes to inspect their order upon delivery.
* If you decide not to keep the order, you may return it immediately to the courier.
* Only the applicable shipping fees will be charged.
* Once the courier leaves, immediate returns will no longer be accepted; however, eligible refund or exchange requests may be submitted within 14 days.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

* Customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
* Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
* Approved refund or exchange requests are subject to shipping and handling fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
* Website orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical stores.
* Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Partial Returns & Order Splitting

* Orders must be accepted or returned as a complete order at the time of delivery. Partial acceptance is not permitted.
* If you wish to keep some items and return others, you must accept the complete order and submit a refund request for the eligible items within 14 days, subject to our refund policy.
* Alternatively, you may return the entire order to the courier and place a new order for the items you wish to purchase.
* Orders cannot be divided into separate deliveries or processed as partial orders at the time of delivery.

4. Customer Responsibility

* If an order is accepted without inspection, the customer remains responsible for reporting any refund or exchange request within the 14-day period.
* Requests submitted after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted, except for eligible manufacturing defects reported within the period specified below.

5. Sale Items

* Sale items may be inspected at the time of delivery.
* No refunds or exchanges are permitted on sale items once the courier has left.
* Sale items remain excluded from the 14-day refund and exchange policy.

6. Orders of 4 Items or More

* Orders containing 4 or more items require a 50% deposit to be confirmed.
* The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of placing the order.
* Orders without the required deposit within this period will be automatically cancelled.

7. Manufacturing Defects

* Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any manufacturing defects.
* Defect claims must be reported within this 30-day period.
* Reports submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted or accommodated.
* Approved defect-related refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection and verification by our team.

٢. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

* يمكن للعميل طلب استرجاع أو استبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وفقًا للشروط والأحكام المعمول بها.
* يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير مرتدى، غير مغسول، وبحالته الأصلية، مع وجود جميع البطاقات والتغليف الأصلي.
* في حالة الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن والمناولة المطبقة.
* لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال طلبات الموقع الإلكتروني من خلال فروعنا أو متاجرنا.
* يتم رد المبلغ باستخدام طريقة الدفع الأصلية بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه والتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع.

٣. الاسترجاع الجزئي وتقسيم الطلب

* يجب قبول الطلب أو رفضه بالكامل عند الاستلام؛ ولا يُسمح بقبول جزء من الطلب ورفض الجزء الآخر أمام مندوب التوصيل.
* في حالة رغبة العميل في الاحتفاظ ببعض المنتجات وإرجاع منتجات أخرى، يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل، ثم تقديم طلب استرجاع للمنتجات المؤهلة خلال 14 يومًا، وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع.
* يمكن للعميل، كخيار آخر، رفض الطلب بالكامل عند الاستلام، ثم إنشاء طلب جديد بالمنتجات التي يرغب في شرائها.
* لا يمكن تقسيم الطلب إلى شحنات أو عمليات تسليم منفصلة.

٤. مسؤولية العميل

* في حالة استلام الطلب دون فحصه، يظل العميل مسؤولًا عن تقديم أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
* لن يتم قبول طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال المقدمة بعد مرور 14 يومًا، باستثناء حالات عيوب التصنيع المؤهلة وفقًا للمدة والشروط الموضحة أدناه.

٥. المنتجات المخفضة

* يمكن للعميل فحص المنتجات المخفضة وقت الاستلام.
* لا يُسمح باسترجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المخفضة بعد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل.
* المنتجات المخفضة مستثناة من سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال لمدة 14 يومًا.

٦. الطلبات التي تحتوي على ٤ منتجات أو أكثر

* الطلبات التي تحتوي على ٤ منتجات أو أكثر تتطلب دفع 50% مقدمًا لتأكيد الطلب.
* يجب سداد المقدم خلال 24 ساعة من وقت تسجيل الطلب.
* في حالة عدم سداد المقدم خلال المدة المحددة، سيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

٧. عيوب التصنيع

* يحق للعميل الإبلاغ عن أي عيوب تصنيع خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
* يجب تقديم بلاغ عيب التصنيع خلال فترة الـ 30 يومًا المحددة.
* لن يتم قبول أو معالجة أي بلاغ يتم تقديمه بعد مرور 30 يومًا.
* تخضع طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال الناتجة عن عيوب التصنيع للفحص والتحقق من قِبل فريقنا قبل الموافقة عليها.
