EXCHANGE & REFUND
- You can return your order within 14 days only if the item is in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging as received.
- We may ask you to provide photos of the product to verify its condition before proceeding with the return process.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds. They can only be exchanged.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The courier will wait up to 10 minutes for you to try the outfit. If you are not satisfied, you can return it immediately with the courier and only pay the shipping fee. Your satisfaction matters to us.
- Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If a return request is made after 24 hours of receiving the order, the item will first be collected and inspected before the refund is processed.
- Due to shipping company policies, if your order exceeds 3000 EGP, you may be required to transfer the remaining balance in advance.
