- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- On sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded.
-Items can be exchanged/returned in 14 days of your purchase.

- You can return you order within 14 days only if the item is in it's original condition, unworn and with tags ant tickets attached with it's original packaging as received.
- We'll be asking for the product photo clarifies specific things before proceeding with the return process.
- Sale items cannot be refunded, only exchange will be available for sale items.
- Refunds are issued on the same payment way.
- The courier will wait 10 minutes for you to try the outfit , if not satisfied you can send it with him and inly pay the shipping , we care about your satisfaction
- Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you asked for a return after 24 hrs of receiving the order, we'll have to take the item back first for inspection before proceeding with the refund.
Due to shipping company policy, if your order total value is more than 3000 EGP you'll be having to transfer the difference.
